LDA friend and Executive Advisory Board Member, Ruth Colvin Clark provides a twice-monthly research update. These updates are single-page infographic/ summaries you can open, read, download, and file for later review and reference.
In this eleventh review from Ruth she shares an experiment that uses a multiple choice conceptual test and an open ended recall of steps test compared learning between an IVR simulation and a video recording of the simulation.
