Delivering Effective Feedback

Delivering Effective Feedback

$25.00

SESSION DATE: March 17, 2022 from 13h00 to 17h00 ET (New York time)

Want to get better at delivering feedback? Sure. We all do.

But, it’s more complex than executing a four-part feedback process. There are many different types of feedback to choose from. Then you have to decide when to deliver it. Of course, before all of that, you have to identify if feedback is even necessary at all. Lots to consider.

This half-day workshop will:

  1. Explore when to deliver feedback.

  2. Frame the different types of feedback.

  3. Identify all the possible consequences feedback can have.

  4. And finally provide a method for delivering feedback.

Participants will practice and receive their own feedback when delivering feedback.
