You Oughta Know is a new adventure—a short weekly interview and discussion with a key L&D thought leader about a specific topic within their expertise. Hosted by the LDA team, these 60 minute live-online gatherings take place on the same day each week, but rotate around the clock so sessions accommodate both interviewees and attendees in different parts of the world. Each interview will last approximately 35 minutes followed by an audience discussion.
