Thiagi's Interactive Friday's return with a new slant. This time, he truly will live by his favorite saying... "Let the inmates run the asylum," by asking one attendee to bring a training or learning problem to the session. Then Thiagi will engage the participant like a client and design an interactive approach to the challenge. After the conversation, he will open it up to the rest of the attendees to deconstruct how he approached the problem, why he choose the various interactive strategies he picked, and how he would continue the process.In the end, participants will delve into the inner workings of Thiagi's mind... a scary thought!
